Frequently Asked Questions

All our stock is located in sunny Melbourne- this means if you are in VIC/ NSW/QLD/SA, your order should take a few days. If you are WA/TAS/ NT then sometimes these locations take a little longer to arrive. We dive onto each order within 1 day of the order coming through, so that you get your SCA items ASAP! 

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is sent. You will be able to use this at any time for any update

Of course you can! Just email us at orders@swimclubaustralia.com.au BEFORE your order is dispatched. If it has already been sent we will work with you so you can still receive the goodies that you want.
